Twice Baked Potatoes - Self Proclaimed Foodie
To double bake potatoes in a wood stove, first, scrub, oil, salt, and poke them, then wrap in foil and bake near coals (not flames) for 1-1.5 hrs until soft. After cooling slightly, slice, scoop out flesh, mix with toppings (cheese, butter, cream, bacon, chives), stuff back in skins, top with more cheese, and return to the stove to melt and brown for 15-30 mins, monitoring closely for a perfect, crispy finish.
